During a recent appearance on CNN+ (which nobody even knows exists), Tony Fauci said that he believes the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) should be allowed to operate as a medical dictatorship, completely outside of the law and the Constitution.
“Experts” like himself and Rochelle Walensky, Fauci explained, should have the full authority, if they so choose, to impose mask mandates on Americans for as long as they want. No court, Fauci insists, should be allowed to overturn anything that he or the CDC demands.
Fauci’s statements came after U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle ruled that the longstanding mask mandate for air travel and other forms of public transit “exceeded the CDC’s statutory authority, improperly invoked the good cause exception to notice and comment rulemaking, and failed to adequately explain its decisions.”
Fauci says he “was both surprised and disappointed” by this ruling, adding that “those types of things really are the purview of the CDC.”
“This is a public health issue,” Fauci further declared – you can watch the weasel speak below:
This will probably get some pick up.

“For a court to come in and interfere in that, is really unfortunate. It’s unfortunate because it’s against public health principles.”
Fauci went on in his rambling diatribe to claim that the U.S. court system should not be allowed to interfere with his personal dictates, no matter how tyrannical they are.
“If you look at the rationale for that, it really is not particularly firm, and we are concerned about that, about courts getting involved in things that are unequivocally a public health decision,” Fauci blabbed.
“This is a CDC issue, and should not have been a court issue.”
Fauci went on to state that he believes it is “perfectly logical” for the CDC to be allowed to continue extending its mask mandate indefinitely.
On Twitter, The Federalist‘s Mary Katharine Ham asked if there is ever a time, regarding any power, in which it might be appropriate for any checks and balances to be applied to the CDC’s “sound public health decisions.”
According to Fauci, the answer is no, “[b]ut his personal judgment is not a workable limiting principle,” she added.
“Dr. [sic] Fauci really shouldn’t be commenting on issues that are unequivocally statutory authority issues,” added Republican communicator Matt Whitlock.
Many commenters at Summit.news took aim at Fauci’s blatant disregard for the U.S. Constitution as he continues to expose himself as a maniacal, anti-American tyrant and fraud.
“He should be worried about the courts when he goes to trial for mass murder,” wrote one of them.
Another wrote that what Fauci is proposing will work once the country “comes together and amends the Constitution to make the CDC a co-equal branch of the government.”
“Until then,” this person added, speaking directly to Fauci, “go sit back at the kiddie table with the stuffed dolls where you might sound slightly intelligent.”
Another wrote that this “louse infested sack of steaming dog excrement,” referring, of course, to Fauci, “should rot in the septic tank of the ninth circle of hell.”
“The dude looks ten years older than he did when we first saw his face at the beginning of Covid,” wrote another. “It is said that fame whores like Fauci tend to age faster the more power they get.”
